Dance Factor Studios was originated and developed by Brian and Cathy Pacheco. They opened the Dance Factor doors in July of 2002. Their goal was to provide a dance studio in Strathroy which offered recreational and a competitive level dance classes to children and adults in a safe and fun environment. This was accomplished by providing a facility with professional audio/visual equipment, using age appropriate teaching materials, costuming, having certified dance teachers to inspire self-confidence, self-esteem and self-discipline.

In 2009 Cathy and Brian purchased a downtown Strathroy landmark which was formerly L.C.B.O. (and no there were not any bottles left behind) as they were bursting at the seams in their old facility.

The building was renovated to provide 3 mirrored studios with sprung dance floors, viewing windows, professional sound systems, a bright, spacious waiting area with televisions, a large kitchen/homework area and air conditioning.

The Dance Factor Studio family continues to grow and will maintain the values on which it was founded.  Their focus is to provide proper dance technique through physical activity that inspires dedication, teamwork and discipline. All of the teachers and students hard work culminates in an annual year-end Spring Recital.

Parents can trust that when their child enters the studio they are in the hands of caring individuals who will teach dance as well as motivate them to find success and embrace their individual talents.
